About PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation
PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation is a dedicated platform within the Pacific Alliance Group Ecosystem created to support serious, qualified and institutionally minded participants in the international energy sector. The platform is designed to bring discipline, compliance and commercial clarity to oil and gas supply opportunities, including crude oil, EN590 10ppm diesel, jet fuel, LNG, LPG, gasoline, marine fuel and petrochemical feedstock.
Oil and gas transactions are rarely simple. They involve complex documentation, product specifications, title issues, shipping requirements, tank storage arrangements, terminal procedures, financial instruments, sanctions exposure, export controls, banking requirements and the commercial realities of supply and demand. Many opportunities fail not because the product does not exist or the buyer does not have interest, but because the transaction is poorly structured, insufficiently verified or presented through unreliable intermediary channels.
PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation was designed to address these weaknesses by placing governance at the centre of the facilitation process. Rather than rushing to circulate SCOs, ICPOs or buyer documents, PAG applies a structured process that requires preliminary screening, compliance review, documentation verification, commercial logic assessment and controlled transaction escalation.
A Governance-Led Approach to Oil & Gas Transaction Facilitation
What Makes This Platform Different
The distinguishing feature of PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation is its ecosystem-based governance model. The platform does not operate as an informal commodity desk. It operates within a broader PAG architecture where PAiC acts as the Gateway and ZMA acts as the Gatekeeper. This means that every serious opportunity is first screened commercially and then reviewed from a compliance and risk perspective before being presented further.
This structure helps to prevent common oil and gas transaction failures, including speculative buyer claims, fake proof-of-product documents, unverifiable refinery mandates, unqualified seller intermediaries, unrealistic discount promises, sanctions-sensitive cargoes, fake tank storage evidence, fabricated bank instruments and commercially impossible transaction procedures.
